In view of GPS's Hegemony in the area of navigation&positioning and the growing Enhance of the Google Earth's 3D map service, The combination of both methods can achieve real-time, real landscape navigation&positioning.But Google Earth is very limited support for the GPS (only supports Garmin and Magellan) now, this paper using C #. Net to develope a navigation and positioning Application Software based on WINDOWS's Event-driven mechanism.this paper using C #. Net's serial Class:SerialPort to resolve data transmission between GPS and computer, display and record three-dimensional positioning result Expressed with latitude, longitude and altitude; display and record NMEA-0183's Dynamic original statement.this paper using Google Earth's COM API and KML , to solve the real-time data communication between GPS(NMEA data interface protocol) and Google Earth; and the dynamic real-time, real map navigation and positioning with the combination of Google Earth.Finally, this paper using this paper's software to compare with the similar software: domestic's MyGE and foreign's Goops, prove the merits of this paper's software: to add landmarks and automatically appear tracks journey in Google Earth.
