Research On Basement Structural Characters And It's Implication For The Inorganic Gas, Changling Depression, Southern Songliao Basin

This article has done through the work area by analyzing seismic data to map out the basement top depth map; combining gravity with magnetic survey to identify the deep fault in the region; Combining drilling data with the previous results of regional geological surveys to conjecture the base material composition; combining the results of the Manzhouli-Suifenhe geo-science transect with actual work to conjecture the deep part of the basement. We drawn the Changling depression depth map, the lithology distribution map of the surface of the basement, structure partition map, and deep fault distribution map to illustrate features of the Changling faulted basement. We also studied the causes of the structural characteristics of the Changling Pattern "Belt east-west;north-south block". Based on these studies, we try to study the origin of the inorganic gas of the Changling fault and controlling factors of accumulation formation.Based on our research, we conclude that the northern and southern fault blocks of Changling basement are different, the southern fault block metamorphosis deeper than the northern metamorphic schist, the northern is consisted of slate and the southern is consisted of schist. Meanwhile, there are developments of more than a dozen deep faults. these faults extend down very far even to connected with the network structure and diapiric structure which are the vertical channel of the migration of inorganic gas. The inorganic gas accumulation formation should be controlled by fracture, especially ultra-deep faults, magma and volcanic activity, special vertical structure on the deep seismic profiles, zone with strong tectonic activity, especially structural overlay zone, low-speed high-conductivity layer, carbonate distribution and so on .
