Study On Some Application Of The Intelligent Decision Support System

The government's functional departments pay more and more attention to government performance evaluation because of its powerful decision support and management features, and it is always as a technique to improve government efficiency. With the rapid development of computer technology,government performance evaluation systems are becoming increasingly intelligent and perfect. This article outlines the development process of the government's performance evaluation decision support system, and displays the working principle combined with the charts. The system focuses on developing the system's display function on the basis of decision support systems in the past, and it uses Google Earth geographical software to help displaying indexes and evaluation results visually to provide the data support.The system mainly uses the three-dimensional geographical software to manage the indexes and evaluation results by geographic location, and the software is handled easily as a client-side software. The system also makes full use of the current development of advanced technologies to develop and maintain the software in accordance with the characteristics of government performance such as the complicated indexes. The system will manage all parts synthetically to achieve the purpose of clarity, and also be able to work for the government's performance evaluation.The system uses B/S pattern. We decide to choose the integrated developed software MyEclipse6.6 to develop the web pages and dynamic pages with the software called Dream Weaver. The software called OraclelOg take charge of the system's management of the database. The software called apache-tomcat-6.0.13 is chose as the server of the system. And the evaluation method is weighted sum method, which can make the achievement of synthetical performance evaluation of the governmant's departments.According to its content, this thesis is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the background, content, method and meanings of the study. And some knowledge about Decision Support System and performance evaluation has also been introduced in the paper. The second part is the main part of this thesis. Firstly, the Design requirement for both of the system and background database system, and design the framework for the system according to need analysis of the performance evaluation decision support system has been proposed, and the model library and index system have been established in this part. Secondly, the detailed design notes to main sub-systems of the system have been given on the basis of the analysis from the previous, including the framework, functions of the subsystem. Lastly, the environment regulation and application realization of the system, which includes environment regulations for the server, client and developing has been stated in this part. And it also introduces operations for major modules of the system. The last part of this thesis completes the implement.
