This integrated application sedimentology, tectonics, palaeontology, stratigraphy and multi-disciplinary theories and methods of the latest . on the basis of the data collected from predecessors, the article analysis and finishing the stratigraphic division,rock stratigraphy,biostratigraphy,and then carry out the rocks and biostratigraphy of the division and correlation of Songliao Basin and the surrounding areas in the Carboniferous -Permian. In understanding the distribution law and correlation of the stratum in the study area and the sedimentary facies and palaeogeography, the article analysis of their tectonic evolution.This paper argues that after the Songliao Basin through Early Variscan cycle, the Paleo-Asian domain oceanic crust of the northeast region has all but disappeared. As Jiamusi massif and Songnen massif had completed of splicing in the early Devonian, and Ergun massif and songnen massif had completed of splicing in the Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous , the Permian period of tectonic evolution of the area has been developed to a new evolutionary stage, the ocean had been basically out of the area in the middle Carboniferous , due to the late extension and subsidence caused a large-scale transgressive-phase or the formation of a number of shallow sea and land to pay another deposit portfolio, Indosinian strong tectonic movements so that Aulacogen and uplift of the ocean basin closed, and the East with the West as early as late features. At this point, the Northeast end of the evolution of the Paleo-Asian tectonic history, replaced by the Pacific Ocean coast continental margin tectonism gradually strengthened. The study by looking for both for the deep gas basin in the Cenozoic, or oil and gas exploration are of great geological significance.
