China is a mountainous country, which topographical is complex and changeable,combined with strongly new tectonic movement,faults developed and activity seismic, making China become one of the world's most serious slope disasters country, in the mountainous city the construction and maintenance of fast- trunk roads because of slope and valley topography conditions and heavy rain, earthquakes and other natural conditions, a combination of factors such as the interaction, some of trunk will face unexpected mountain roads project disasters.In 2008 , the "5.12" earthquake and its aftershocks which has caused a large number of landslides, mudslides, falling rocks and other geological disasters, has made the traffic almost devastating damage.The smooth flow of traffic is a post-earthquake relief and reconstruction basis, so the research of mountain city's fast-trunk emergency disaster prevention and quick grab-pass key technology for sustaining economic development, safeguarding people's lives and property has important theoretical significance and practical significance Engineering.Thoroughfare's sudden disasters grab fast pass technology of mountainous city is a complicated systematic project.This paper survey the natural conditions and geological conditions of the trunk road, and complete risk assessment of Trunk road which has been built adverse geological sites on the basis of the survey.and making appropriate disposition of the engineering technology programs which based on the evaluation results;analysising grab pass programs and measuresthe of post-disaster trunk road's sudden-onset disasters such as bridge fault, tunnel buried hole and so on; at the same time, the paper conduct a preliminary studyas of the provisional adoption device and discuss grab-pass machine.Studies have shown that the mountain city's fast-roads disasters has its time and space distribution.Disasters's happening, having the high rate of occurrence, affecting a wide range, triggering many engineering disasters, human activities affecting the characteristics of it.According to prevention, combining prevention with controling, according to local conditions and integrated management and systematic, general and targeted; we should strengthen geological work and control irrational human activities, we basic on thouse principles and reference literature on the basis of their predecessors, and have made targeted on landslides, mudslides, falling rocks and other disaster to proposed prevention principles and techniques.On the basic of Reference of Shinozuka method , use of parameter correction model to evaluate the post-disaster traffic capacity of the bridge, and summary Choice of a bridge on the emergency repair materials are summarized;Rapid evaluation and assessment work has done to sudden disasters tunnel, according to different evaluation results are given sudden disasters grab the tunnel pass programs and measures.In the future work,we should be strengthened through the installation of the temporary quick research and development machinery robbed pass that adatt to rapid grab pass.
