The Research Of Algorithm And Development Of System For Updating Span On Land Survey Based On MapGIS

An important task of the second land survey is to establish a database of land survey. The database is on the overall program of the second national land survey and database-related standards, norms and on the basic of the land use, land ownership, basic farmland and so on. To use the technologies such as computers, GIS, database and network builds land survey database that shares internet and coverage national, provincial and municipal (prefecture) and county of the four sets and that units remote sensing images, graphics, type and ownership of land. In order to fully use the span of the land change survey and speed up the building database of the second land survey, the article discus the approach of MapGIS component development and partial updating algorithm of graphics, topology and properties of the span, designs and realizes the updating span system of land survey.
