Research And Development Of The Third National Land Survey County-level Data Quality Inspection Software Based On ArcGIS Engine

Data is the blood and an important part of GIS(Geographic Information System).Its quality affects both the effectiveness of GIS services and the correctness of decision-making.Therefore,the inspection of GIS data quality is very important,especially in the basic link of the Third National Land Survey – the county-level land survey is particularly critical.Compared with the Second Land Survey(referred to as “second adjustment”),the data quality has great differences in the inspection content and requirements,and the development components used have changed greatly.With the continuous advancement and development of GIS and computer technology,the functions and reliability requirements of GIS data quality inspection software in land survey are getting higher and higher,not only fast,accurate,but also effective and stable,and to satisfy and ensure GIS data is correct and reliable.This paper takes the county-level database,which is the most basic database of the Third National Land Survey database,as the research object,and designs and develops a set of GIS software specially used for Third National Land Survey data quality inspection.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the Third National Land Survey data,analyze and summarize the specific content of the Third National Land Survey data quality inspection;then,design the checking rules applicable to the tri-level data quality inspection according to the relevant specifications;finally,design the software functional modules in detail.And code to implement the functionality of the software.The tested software achieved the desired results.This paper mainly obtains the following three research results:(1)Induct the content of the triad data check and formulate the inspection rules.Learn the basic process of the Third National Land Survey,conduct in-depth research on the data of the Third National Land Survey,and combine the relevant national norms,summarize the quality inspection content and divide the content of the three-tone data into five categories,a total of 20 items,and formulate the Third National Land Survey data quality inspection rules.(2)Designing a Third National Land Survey quality inspection software.Firstly,the software requirements analysis is carried out from the software construction goals,functional requirements and performance requirements.Then,according to the software engineering principles,follow the basic principles of software design and development and the modular concept,the software three-layer structure model is designed to refine the three-tone quality.The software function module is tested with the aim of ‘high cohesion,low coupling' to realize the overall design and detailed design of the three-tone quality inspection software.(3)Complete the implementation of the Third National Land Survey quality inspection software.Combine ArcGIS Engine development components,C# development language,COM component technology,DotNetBar control,XML-based customization technology,NPOI library,GP tools and other development technologies to implement software functional modules,including VCT data format conversion,graphics topology check,ellipsoid The implementation principle and method of area calculation are elaborated.
