With the development of the research on urban ecology, more attention needs on function of plant odor and ecological adjustment.In this paper, based on chemical analysis of plant odor, I choose plant - Predator and plants - human two factors to discuses. We collected flowery odour volatile, took sampled questionnaire survey on it in shanghai and analyzed its chemical composition by SPME and GC-MS. Over 66% interviewees were favorite or prefer to accept volatile flavor concentrate of Russian-Olive Elaeagnus angustifolia, and most agree with this flowery odour to be presence as some kind of living products. Sixteen substances were identified of their chemical structures, including 2-Propenoic acid, 3-phenyl-, butyl ester; n-Butyl 2-butenoate; 6,10,14-trimethyl-,2-Pentadecanone et al.. In which the richest compounds was 2-Propenoic acid,3-phenyl-, methyl ester, ca. over 50% of the total. Most of these chemicals were also found from other plant flowers and have already utilized as industrial perfumery materials.In the behavior of silkworm feeding, by comparing the different selectivity with different quality of the mulberry, Discuses the influence of olfactory and visual in this behavior; At the same time, analyze the attractant components in Volatile Components. Experimental results show the existence of a specific chemical composition which with a guide function in plant odors.
