Technological innovation theory is a kind of the emerging discipline that is developing rapidly in recent years and highly integrated. Since the first systematic and complete description of Schumpeter's innovation theory, the theory of foreign technological innovation has gone through over half a century. At present, the Western technology research and development of innovation theory has formed four major theoretical schools of thought: neoclassical, new Schumpeterian school, school system and the national innovation system, innovation school. And on the technological innovation of the mathematical representation has been the focus of attention of many international scholars. As early as the 80's, Yoshikawa and others on the first proposed GDT (General Design Theory) Theory. In recent years, CDP (Coupled Design Process) model has been introduced by Braha, Hatchuel, and others. GDT (General Design Theory) model is designed to a kind of form through which the specified contents are once eligible, it will be outcome immediately. CDP (Coupled Design Process) model, GDT model extension, can be seen as improvements of this model. There are relations and differences between these theories and models, which enrich the contents of technological innovation of the mathematical representation. These theories have important theoretical significance for guiding the technical innovations'methods to further improve and enhance (such as computer-aided innovation CAI (Computer Aided Innovation).TRIZ is the Russian abbreviation of "theory of inventive problem solving". It is to study scientific principles and rules to follow in the process of the human to invent and solve technical problems. TRIZ is a methodology of science and innovation. It is based on the evolution of the internal systems of objective laws, to discuss issues in logical analysis and program synthesis, which directly guides people to innovate step by step. This article describes two major technical innovation models:the generalized CDP model and TRIZ topological model. By introducing a t time evolution operatorUFt, the basic CDP model is extended to generalized CDP model. Generalized CDP model is more meaningful in the actual production and life. In addition, TRIZ topological model is also given. Based on this model, the article carries out the study of topological and optimizes structures for TRIZ.
