| China’s economic volume is among the world’s top,which is closely related to the development of science and technology in China.Chinese technology enterprises are actively exploring and striving to be the first,constantly narrowing the technology gap with the leading companies,and even in some areas there is a late-blooming phenomenon,leading the international technology direction.However,more domestic technology enterprises are still at the stage of catching up,with insufficient independent innovation capability.How to achieve technological catch-up and narrow the technology gap through technological innovation has become a key concern for domestic related units and enterprises.With the development of self-driving car industry,high definition map technology process is increasingly towards standardization,process and automation,and the application scenarios of high definition map technology are becoming more and more extensive and important.There are rich research results on technological innovation and technology evolution in the field of management,but the literature on high definition map technology from the perspective of management is very scarce and immature.At the time of rapid development of high definition map technology,it is particularly important to study and analyze the evolution of the path of technological innovation in high definition maps and this thesis can provide reference for Chinese high definition map companies to understand the evolution of the path of technological innovation in depth.This thesis firstly reviews the literature related to high definition maps,technological innovation and technological evolution,and points out that high definition maps have the path evolutionary characteristics of technological innovation,which can be analyzed and described from a management perspective,and establishes a full-text framework in this way.Through a multi-case study of typical high definition map enterprises,rooted in data and coding expert interviews and literature in stages,48 concepts,18 subcategories and 4 main categories related to high definition map are obtained,and the evolution of technological innovation in typical case companies was found to follow the main line of "early reverse learning-later positive learning-autonomous innovation".This reveals the evolutionary direction of the path of technological innovation of domestic high definition map enterprises,and form the main line of the global concept.Finally,on the basis of grounded theory,a total of 31 variables of high definition map technology innovation influencing factors are obtained,and the interactions and causal relationships among the elements are analyzed to establish a system dynamics model.The technological innovation system of high definition map enterprises is composed of three subsystems,namely,independent innovation subsystem,business income subsystem and innovation efficiency subsystem.The simulation results show that:(1)the independent innovation capability of China’s high-precision mapping technology enterprises shows an overall growth momentum,which is influenced by the interaction of external knowledge absorption and integration ability,enterprise innovation willingness,innovation efficiency,organizational inertia,market and policy fluctuations;(2)enterprises’ investment in R&D keeps growing in general,and enterprise profit has a significant influence on R&D investment;(3)the technological gap between Chinese enterprises and leading enterprises is gradually narrowing,and the innovation efficiency is improved.This study is of great practical significance for the government,research institutions and related enterprises in China to understand the technological innovation mechanism of high definition maps,optimize technological innovation countermeasures,and catch up with the international top level. |
