China is one of the most serious countries suffering landslide disaster in the world. The economic loss caused by collapse and landslide is about 20 billion RMB every year, which cause enormous damage to the people and our country. Ya Lu Highway Traffic planning is developing the western region 8 channels of inter-provincial highways - Yunnan, Gansu Lanzhou to Mohan important part of the highway, the main road network planning in the country occupies is a very important position. Project will become the gateway to Yunnan province, Kunming's main thoroughfares, and leading to the formation of Sichuan, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the most efficient channel of coastal ports. In this paper, Ya Lu Highway K154 +100 ~ K154 +500 section of Shao Ji Wan ancient landslide for the study. This paper researches the mechanism of deformation on the basis of studying natural geologic environment condition, basic feature about the landslides, then evaluate the current stability and development tendency by means of Fast Laganragri Analysis of Continuum . In addition, this paper evaluated sensitivity factors that influence the landslide stability by orthogonal experiment design. The analysis of formation mechanism and stability valuation is the foundation of studying landslide. Above all, the author give some suggest on prevention aiming at every landslide.
