Investigation Of Utilization Of Geothermal Energy In Oil Field

As a renewable energy, geothermal energy has been regarded by more and more people around the world. As same as the other resources,how to make use of geothermal energy continuously is an important problem.Geothermal resources are abundant in the North China Oil field, but there are some problems concerning the mining management, such as insufficient use, high energy consumption, and so on. In accordance with energy conservation and environment protection principles, this paper makes a master plan of geothermal resources'utilization, on the basis of investigation of geothermal energy's situation and reuse in the North China Oil field. It will make abandoned wells into geothermal wells, in order to make full use of geothermal resources and save energy.Firstly, this paper analyzes the quality and conditions of geothermal water in the North China Oil Field, and selects antisepsis and anti-scale material and measures, according to the geothermal water corrosion mechanism; in order to improve the efficiency of heat transfer and prolong the service life, it need use the technology of geothermal water's efficient heat transfer in the corrosion and fouling condition and select the appropriate heat transfer equipment. For pit shaft and pipelines'heat loss, it suggests using geothermal water for the pit shaft and pipeline's insulation.Secondly, the paper illustrates the use of geothermal water to refrigerate and heat. On the refrigerating, it provides two refrigerating methods: the absorption refrigerating method and the adsorption refrigerating method, paying more attention on the absorption refrigerating. On the heating, it analysis the components of geothermal heating system, which uses the absorption heating pump to enhance the the distance of geothermal water temperature, heating part hot water for heating.Furthermore, in order to make full use of geothermal water, it provides cascade utilization program. According to the structure and characteristics of the oil field's flow process, it takes"heat two, use four"program for hot water after heat transfer, to maximize water use efficiency. Obviously, the Crude Oil transportation heating, heating before the dehydration, pipe heating in the station, large tanks insulation are being analyzed.Finally, the paper puts forward different combinations of geothermal utilization patterns from the kinds of geothermal water utilization programs, including the short, medium and long-term use of the programs. And it makes an economic analysis and evaluation on the whole system ultimately.
