This technology support on the sensor than itself measurement method, and it instead of the traditional between the sensor data processing, this eliminates the error of the sensor range, resulting in improved measurement accuracy.By measuring principle analysis, mechanical structure design, software design, prototype assembly debugging and actual measurement applications, the formation of a high-precision measurement technology integration the mass and center of mass.In this thesis, moment of inertia based on the measurement equipment, designed a test fixture, to solve three-dimensional measurement of moment of inertia of the integration problem. Based on the standard sample measurement of three-dimensional moment of inertia, and its error analysis, and proposed measures to improve the measurement accuracy.Studies of the moment of inertia and product of inertia of the integrated measurement, measuring principle based on inertia ellipsoid, and measure the standard sample and productions of product of inertia. Finally, the measure of product of inertia of the inertia ellipsoid method and the vertical precision dynamic balancing method was compared and synthesize application of contrast, to find their own measurement features and application range.The mass and center of mass integration of measuring equipment and moment of inertia measurement device debugging is completed, and both for practical engineering applications.
