The methane-rich bio-gas were produced by biotransformation using high-carbon gangue and residual coal in the underground mine.That the combustible gas was produced by degradation using organic matter of coal and gangue,opened one new way of gangue's utilization. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The biodegradation influence is not remarkable using directly biogas slurry anaerobic enrichment to coal and gangue under the mine.(2) That the effect of pretreatment using soil mold mushroom spawn is very good through selective breeding experiment. The most superior condition is: the ratio of coal and gangue is 2:8, vaccine quantity is 20 ml/10 g, granularity is below 0.2 mm, and response time is 30 days(3) The improvement test from the pretreatment using dominant species and adding nitrogen was conducted(the ratio of coal and gangue is 2:8),showed that methane content and degradation rates of organic matter are significantly increaseed,are respectively 53.64% and 29.07%.(4) The optimal process are determined by gradually exploring and improving: soaking pretreatment----dominant bacteria pretreatment----adding regulating the ratio of carbon and nitrogen----anaerobic fermentation.That harmful salts and metals were detected in the fermentation liquid and residue,furthermore correlation analysed,provided the reliable theoretical basis for the preve- ntion of groundwater pollution.The indexs of pH,SO42-,NO3- and F- in the fermentation broth are coincident with groundwater quality standardsâ…¢,but the concentrations of NH4+ exceeds standards V, so the nitrogen source must be controlled. Metals contents are consistent with standardsâ…¢in the fermentation broth through effecttively control,and the residual are not hazar- dous.Therefore, certain influence to the groundwater are caused although the microbial degradation, but after taking appropriate measures,the application function of ground- water will not destroyed.
