In China, about half of the state-owned key coal mines work under the threat of coal and gas outburst, which seriously restrict the safety of China's coal production and enhancement of economic efficiency, to effectively prevent coal and gas outburst, we must first find out the law of gas geology . Born in coal seam, existing in the coal seam, gas is a gas geological body, and its migration, preservation and state of today's occurrence is the result of geological processes.In this paper, the use of regional tectonic evolution theory, combined with previous studies information, this paper did some research and analysis on the tectonic evolution of the Taihang Mountain, through the statistics of coal and gas outburst in Jiaozuo mine filed, Hebi mine filed and Anyang mine filed ,the result showed that coal and gas outburst happened with a zoneing district in the mine fileds which are in Taihang Mountain piedmont fault, such as in Jiaozuo mine filed,the occurrence of coal and gas outburst is mainly in the place between the Phoenix Ridge fault and Yuhe mouth fault ,in Hebi mine filed, coal and gas outburst occurred mainly in the south of the mine, while in Anyang mine field,it occurred mainly in the Longshan coal mine, the mass coal mine, orchards coal mine and AnLin coal mine. By studying the construction complexity,fracture density,fracture orientation in the third coal mine of Hebi, we can know its structure is relatively simple and the main fault is to the NE, although it is in a high-gas zone, coal and gas outburst has never taken place .with the exploitation of the next one level, elevation getting lower, burial depth and rock thickness increasing, gas content and gas emission will increase, the gas problem will be a major problem which will be the impact of Safety production in the third coal mine of Hebi. In this paper, through the collection of gas content and gas emission ,this paper did some analysis about relations of the coal gas content and coal thickness, overlying shale, burial depth, and the elevation , predicted the gas content , and also predicted the gas emission with the gas geological statistics method and sub-prediction method , in conjunction with measured gas content, coal robustness coefficient, Initial velocity of Gas Diffusion ,and the gas pressure with an indirect method , this paper did the forcast about the dangeour area and found out the law of gas deposit which can provide the basic reference for the next step of mining, ventilation design, the use of gas extraction and prevention and control of coal and gas outburst.
