With the increase of mining depth of coal mine, thermal hazard problem has already become the many mine production safety problems. The coal mining face is an important factor of production, also the place which has the most serious heat disasters. The main reason to cause heat disasters is the surrounding rock heat diffusion. Due to the wind from the pit brow to the coal face should pass long route, In this process , surrounding rock and airflow have strong enough heat exchange,the temperature of airflow has exceeded the relevant procedures before into coal face.So the research into the intake airflow temperature change is very important to harm control. Based on the numerical simulation method, studied the face of 11111 intake tunnel temperature distribution changes with different wind speed and different temperature. Research content as follows:(1)The theory analysis numerical simulation and establish mathematics and physics model. According to the conservation of mass,momentum and energy conservation basic principles, established simulation studies of the mathematical and physical model.(2)Using numerical simulation software FLUENT researched thermal environment of 11111 face intake, draw the accuracy and feasibility of simulation study through simulation results contrast with measured values.(3)Simulation studies the intake temperature distribution variation with the different wind speed and temperature. According to the simulation results, only by the ventilation method can not solve thermal hazard effectively, must combined lowering temperature intake wind temperature can reduce the temperature to security rating.(4) The technology research of control thermal hazard.Consider other thermal factors, draw on the experience of other thermal mine intergated management experience, put forward some reasonable suggestions of thermal control.
