As China's important energy material,coal safety and efficient mining has become increasingly important.But with the shallow coal resources mining,coal mining in the future encountered another important problem is the mine heat damage.Especially for the deep mining depth,comprehensive mechanization of the higher coal mining face,high temperature surrounding rock and high power equipment cooling is the main cause of its serious heat damage.This high-temperature environment to the already bad underground operating environment to bring a more recent deterioration,not only affect the staffs physical and mental safety,but also for enterprises and national safety production to a certain degree of harm,so to solve the mine thermal damage will be the future coal mining must face the challenge.Based on the research background of 1221(1)working face of PanYi dong Mine in Huainan Mining Group,Through the investigation and analysis of the thermal hazard of the working face,the main reason of mine thermal damage is found,and according to the shortcomings of the cooling,in the original cooling system on the basis of three kinds of optimization measures to improve.This is the future of the work surface and even all the high temperature surrounding rock,high power equipment more concentrated coal mining face to play a certain reference and research significance.Through the numerical simulation to verify,draw the feasibility conclusion:(1)Introduced the main research status of the mine cooling from the recognition to the theory and then to the field practice,expounded the various hazards caused by the mine high temperature to the underground workers,enterprises and society,indicating the necessity of mine heat damage must be resolved and urgency.(2)The source of heat damage in modern high temperature mine is analyzed,and the calculation formula of heat source heat loss under normal condition is listed.And introduces the management methods of mine thermal damage from non-mechanical means and mechanical means,and summarizes the work flow of the commonly used mine cooling system and analyzes their respective characteristics and limitations.(3)Through the Pan Yidong mine cooling system and cooling effect of the field measurement and research,the main sources of heat pollution include the high temperature surrounding rock dissipation and the heat dissipation of high power mechanical equipment,In terms of cooling effect,In some mining face after the end of the cooling effect is not obvious,multiple places of work temperature more than 26 ?or even 28 ?,resulting in large temperature difference between access to work and other issues.(4)By comparing the field data with the simulation results of temperature field,it is concluded that FLUENT can be used to simulate the temperature field in 1221(1)working face,and the temperature of the working face is still high for the main heat source type and its cooling effect,The three schemes of heat insulation(hot heat transfer 0.02W/(m · K),arranged in the working surface from the outlet 130 meters away,the height of 2.5 meters,the length of 55 meters),air duct uniform air supply(into the air temperature of 293.15K,every 50 meters a outlet)and small air cooler in coal mining face are put forward(140 meters from the right side of the face,the export speed of 1.8m/s,temperature 296.15K).And after three kinds of programs to simulate,basically able to meet the safety requirements of 26 ?,Combined with the actual situation of the scene,the paper analyzes the main problems encountered in the field engineering technology,and obtains the feasibility of the three schemes.
