Of wavelet transform in ultra-precision machine tool vibration in the research is more accepted today's challenges at home and abroad. To address the ultra-precision machine tools in the work process of the vibration of the problem, has now been developed in several measurement methods. From the development point of view, in general came from a simple measurement method developed to the current precision measurement method.In this paper, ultra-precision machine tools for the analysis of vibration signal of the need, first of all studied the ultra-precision machine tool vibration theory, wavelet theory and the theory of optical fiber sensors, on the basis of wavelet analysis to study the ultra-precision machine tool vibration signal applications. This paper focuses on the following aspects:First of all, through the ultra-precision machine tool vibration to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research, concluded that ultra-precision machine tool vibration signal analysis and singularity of monitoring must be analyzed through the wavelet transform. Secondly, in order to be able to extract the vibration signal, this article must study the fiber optic vibration sensor, and the vibration signal extracted through this sensor, fiber optic sensors have described the theoretical basis and design philosophy. Third, through simulation of the signal measurement, optical fiber vibration sensor on the collected vibration signal analysis, and by the theory of wavelet analysis to complete, with good results.Because of the above findings, the following conclusions can be drawn: Wavelet-based ultra-precision machine tool vibration analysis theory is correct and feasible. The topic focused on three aspects of the advantages of wavelet packet through the pretreatment can be more conducive to the trouble source signal separation, while the details can highlight some of the signal is conducive to in-depth analysis. Super-finishing machine vibration diagnosis of an effective way; super-finishing machine help to improve the accuracy of fault detection. Pairs of ultra-precision processing technology research and development, is particularly urgent and important.
