In this paper, ZnSe films were prepared on ITO conductive glass substrates by constant-potential deposition method.Experiment electrolytes includ ZnSO4 and SeO2.Using XRD, SEM and infrared instruments imposed by the thin film phase composition, crystal morphology and optical transmittance.In this study, the first with the Nernst equation can calculate the experimental conditions of the Se and Zn deposition potential. During the experiments, we studied the impact of deposition potential, solution stirring, the supporting electrolyte on the deposition conditions. It was found that mixing solution can promote the formation of thin films;the supporting electrolyte was added to make a more dense crystalline films;deposition of thin films can directly determine the electric potential is generated.For the production of film, we found that any of the conditions of the thin films were prepared from both an excessive amount of amorphous Se.We are in the N2 atmosphere, through sintering, can be out of the surface of Se, but not completely remove the substance.
