The metal target was damaged by the lower power density pulsed laser in the way of melting and vaporizing. One of the most important aspects to research the interaction between the laser and metal is temperature field.It is of definite theoretical and practical significance to research temperature field interaction between the laser and metal on laser precision machining and laser ablation.In this paper, the whole process of temperature rise of the target metal irradiated by the milliseconds long-pulsed laser was simulated according to the finite element analysis. Separately, the temperature field was simulated after irradiated by different wavelengths,different radius and different axial depth of laser.The temperature change was obtained in the center of the spot light changes with the time, the temperature field curve of the upper and under surface of the metal was get, and the law of different irradiation times,different upper and under surfaces temperature of the metal,the speed of the temperatur(?)se were get.
