More and more consumers would like to buy some blend fabric for it is easy to produce, colorful and has a limited pollution its process of producing. Nowadays this product is very popular home and abroad,while in China it has a larger market share ,in a word ,it is very promising.But the blend fabric demands a relatively high standard in its production process,and how to match colors is the most crucial one.This process mainly based on the workers,because of this techniqual limitation. Blend fabric has the disadvantages of long period and low efficiency.According to this situation, this essay developed a computer intelligent color match system applied to wool matching system according to the wool blending fabric model.Now the following are the 4 parts of work:1. Instrument Driver and Color Measurement ModuleMost of the companies would like to buy datacolor Spectrophotometer for it is stable and Reflectance measurement of high precision data values.However, as the instrument driver does not open, and self-enjoyment datacolor spectrophotometric color measurement instrument driver for the future applications of this instrument based on the further escalation of providing a free platform, so this module with the host-based analytical instruments underlying the exchange data and reflectivities difference between the value of compensation have successfully developed the instrument driver, and on this basis, has developed a color measurement module which is able to save the color data of the samples to be tested, to provide support for the usage of color database in the latter part of computer intelligent color matching.2. Intelligent Color Match ModuleIn order to achieve efficient access to the best formula for the purpose of blending fabrics offered by the customers,this paper is based on wool Stearns-Noechel correction model for the theoretical basis of color, combined with additive formula and full spectrum matching algorithm , the corresponding formula derivation, matrix transformation and optimization choices method to complete intelligent color match module development.3. Fabric Analog Image Module To ensure the accuracy and color display in different display devices display color consistency, paper is based on ICC color management system and Combined with the formula provided by the intelligent color match module, and application of color management, related technologies and image processing theory overlay achieved fabric analog image module development.4. Data Management ModuleTo achieve the goal of reflecting the integrity of systems, on the basis the above module is developed the data management module is continued to be developed. The module includes the cost of formula and recipe management module, monochrome sample management module, blending sample management module, user management module these four major modules. The cost of formula and recipe management module is to calculate and manage the cost of the best formula which is already achieved. The other three are to provide strong support for the simple color and blending color samples and data of the customers,etc.This dissertation project named " The research of technology and application about blend yarn intelligent color measurement and match" (2008C11071-1) in Zhejiang Province, a major science and technology projects (priority project) industrial project background. By using the color measurement module to measure the actual formula samples and, through intelligent color match module matches the proportion of samples obtained samples of formula and the actual proportion of the sample formulations are able to control the proportion of difference is within 1.5% according to the tests by the companies,it really means a lot in practical applications to meet business needs, reached its intended purposes.
