| The study on the movement of flyer plate under explosive loading is an very important problem in explosive welding, and flyer plate's state of movement directly influent choice of parameters which determine welding technology. So it is seriously important for explosive welding to calculate flying parameters of flyer plate. This paper based on the principle of explosive welding, to study the parameters relationship between the mechanism of explosive welding process, speed of collision points, flyer plate speed, bending angle and so on, to use different calculation methods and simplified model to determine the velocity of plate in detail, and use the Richter formula and the calculation method of characteristics curve to simulated flying attitude curve.In this paper, JWL principle isentropic equation and polytropic equation based on the principle of gas dynamics of explosive welding are used to elicit two-dimensional steady supersonic flow method of characteristic of universal equation of state in detail. Two different isentropic flow equations are used and different characteristics computer programs are compiled in this article. The computer programs are used to figure out the flyer's relationship between vertical displacement and bending angle, relationship between horizontal displacement and impact pressure,and relationship between impact pressure and horizontal displacement in detonation of TNT and PETN explosive under different mass ratio in dividually.According to the theory of two-dimension steady supersonic state of flow, characteristics theory of universal equation of state is studied in this paper, method of difference is used to study interpolation inside and on the boundary of flyer plate under detonation driving, and use Enler correction method to improve the result of calculation. Then, computer language is used to compile the characteristic computer programs of unniversal equation of state, the law of motion of flyer plate in sliding explosive is researched with different principle isentropic equation that flyer parameters is calculated in this program. New Pranatl-Meyer function of universal equation of state on the basis of old Pranatl-Meyer function is also deduced in this paper. |
