With the development of technology, knitted garments has a growing number of features and personality, but due to traditional processing methods, there is a certain amount of stitching when making knitted clothing piece, while the suture tends to affect the thickness of knitted garments, especially the comfortable and appearance of tight-fitting clothing. In order to improve the comfort of knitted underwear, as well as the appearance effects, a new generation of full-molding seamless underwear knitting came into being. At present, China has imported nearly 4,000 seamless underwear machine, domestic seamless underwear machine has to enter the market, elastic knitted seamless underwear has become a major category of varieties, most of seamless underwear have joined spandex or other elastic fibers, finished product sizes are less than human sizes, we will feel pressure when we wear them. But size does not cause excessive pressure at that time, affecting the body's normal activities, or even adverse effects. And therefore the pressure range of medical recognition to determine the dimensions of seamless underwear series in order to ensure that consumers comfortable and healthy. In the raw materials, other factors being equal, the interwoven fabric than the average rib extension of the performance is good; different cylinder diameter of the fabric under low stress little effect on the extension of the performance.2) Through the analysis of the relevant experimental data, within a certain range, fabric tensile strength by the size of the strain rate with its positive correlation, by calculating, you can get two kinds of fabric were stretching rate and tensile strength by the regression analysis.3) Through non-uniform B-spline curve method on the human body modeling and calculation of this research project, the needs of the curvature of all parts of the body.4) According to the human body radius of curvature, clothing pressure, fabric tensile strength and tensile rate of four relations, to solve the Human comfort zone. With national standard GB1335-97 all parts of the size, to be comfortable in all parts of seamless underwear size range. Produced under the comfort zone samples, select testers clothing pressure test on the specimen obtained in different parts of the pressure values are within the scope comfortable to verify seamless underwear size optimization.This paper through seamless underwear fabric tensile properties as well as the radius of curvature of the study was to investigate the human body, through building the human body curvature model and fabric strain rate and tensile strength of the regression equation, the various parts of the body to reach the pressure comfortable wearing seamless underwear state, seamless underwear should have a size range, from the theory and practice to optimize the seamless underwear size provides a concrete way.
