Plant growth regulator is a kind of organic compound with plant hormone function synthesized by artificial methods.In order to seek good plant growth regulators, we have modified the main structure of 1,3,4-thiadiazole and synthesisized 30 new compouds by Bioisosterism Principles and Substructure Link Wory.By consulting concerning literatures, we reviewed the biological activities and the synthesis methods of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles,aroyl urea,acyl amines. Target compounds were synthesized by nucleophilic addition or nucleophilic substitution of 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with isocyanates or aroyl chloride in anhydrous and aprotonic solvent. Reaction of aroyl isocyanates with 5-o-chlorophenyl-2-amino-1,3 ,4-thiadiazoles gave 6 new aroyl ureas of series (â… ); Reaction of aroyl chloride with5-p-chlorophenyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles,5-o-chlorophenyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles,5-p-methoxy-2-amino-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles,5-p-methy(nitro)phenyl-2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles gave 24 new acyl amines of series (â…¡,â…¢,â…£,â…¤). The structure and composition of target compounds have been comfirmed by IR,MS,1H NMR and elementary analysis.It had been More systematic analysised and summared which the general law about reaction conditions, synthesis, physical-chemical, spectrum properties of the raw materials, intermediates and target compounds.The structural formulas of the target compounds are given below:â… . Effect was studied that the compoundâ…¡e on wheat seed germination and the compoundsâ…¡c(A),Vd(B),â…¡g(C) on the physiological characteristic of wheat seedling. The results showed that JIc(A),Vd(B),â…¡g(C) have some activity of auxin and cytokinin,the auxin activity ofâ…¡g(C) is higher than IAA; The germination energy and germination rate of wheat varies as the parabolic, the effect of 10mg/L is best byâ…¡e treatment wheat seeds; The content of soluble protein and chlorophyll is increased significantly in the wheat seedling leaves, NR activity in leaves and the vitality in roots as well as, it takes on the variation as parabolic, the effect of 10mg/L is best byâ…¡c(A),Vd(B),â…¡g(C) treatment wheat seedling, the difference reaches the extremely remarkable level, compares with the controls, and the promoting effect ofâ…¡g(C)) is apparent.
