In recent years, the demand of the world of agriculture for plant growth regulator have been bigger and bigger, many research institutions have to be included in research focus, and obtained a series of plant growth regulators which are easy to use and has a certain biological activity. Through literature reviewing and summarizing the research of others, in compliance with the premise of the new pesticide discovery, through imitation, transformation I synthesized a series of new plant growth regulators, and used mass spectrometry and NMR detection means to verify their structure, through a large number of biological activity tests, selected a few of plant growth regulator varieties whcic have high biological activity.Forty-six kinds of new plant growth regulators in four series were designed and synthesized in this article:(1)the derivatives of auxin; (2) N-R2 acid amide 1,8-naphthalocyanine hydrazono; (3) urea sulfonates;(4)salts of phosphate potassium. Their structural formulas are listed below.From (1), we selected cinnamamide diquaternary-N which has good auxin activity by wheat germination experiment and soaking test; from (3) and (4), we selected 1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-(pyridin-3-yl) urea sulfonates,1-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-3-(1-R3 group-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b] pyridin-3-yl) urea sulfonates and potassium 2-(1,3-dioxo-lH-benzo[de]isoquinolin-2(3H)-yl)ethyl phosphate which have good cytokinin activity by cucumber cotyledon expansion test.
