Using the wood shavings,bamboo shavings and bamboo charcoal powder, active carbon, bamboo charcoal powder/ active carbon as raw material, the technology parameters and indoor air purification of the indoor air purification composite particleboard was researched, which can provide the technical support and the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the indoor air purification functional particleboard.By the method of single-factor experimental, the mechanism of board was researched. The air purification ability of board was measured by making use of ENMET. By repeating the test, the board of the durability of adsorption was researched. And the sound absorption properties of board were measured by using of standing wave tube method.The results show that:(1) The board was made of wood shavings and bamboo charcoal powder, active carbon, bamboo charcoal powder/ active carbon and the board was made of bamboo shavings and bamboo charcoal powder,active carbon,bamboo charcoal powder/ active carbon are generally superior to ordinary wood particleboard and bamboo particleboard .In the hot pressing temperature of 180℃, 3.0MPa pressure of hot pressing and 8 min pressing time conditions, when the sheet density is set to 0.88g.cm-3 and the thickness of 8mm, the wood particleboard which the surface particle and bamboo charcoal powder/active carbon composited has better physical and mechanical properties, the MOR value was 19.186MPa, MOE value was 3308MPa, 2hTS was 8.93%, 24hTS was 18.26%; the wood particleboard which the incore particle and 0.4% active carbon composited has better physical and mechanical properties, the IB was 1.417MPa, the MOR value was 21.781MPa, MOE value was 3399MPa, 2hTS was 3.13%, 24hTS was 12.35%; the particleboard which was made of bamboo shavings and 1.6% bamboo charcoal powder has a better physical and mechanical properties, the IB value was 2.05MPa, MOR value was 22.835MPa, 2hTS was 0.22%, 24hTS was 3.49%.(2) The board was made of wood shavings and bamboo charcoal powder, active carbon, bamboo charcoal powder/ active carbon and the board was made of bamboo shavings and bamboo charcoal powder, active carbon, bamboo charcoal powder/ active carbon has a better adsorption. 1mg formaldehyde was put into a sealed box about 1m3 ,the test plates area are 0.21m2were put into the sealed box one by one and the test results as follows: the board which the surface particles and 0.5% active carbon composited have the best adsorption efficiency in the wood particleboard which its surface particles were composited of different adsorption, its purification value was 1.159 mg/m2.h; the board which the core particles and 0.5% activate carbon composited have the best adsorption efficiency in the wood particleboard which its incore particles were composited of different adsorption, its purification value was 1.25 mg/m2.h; the board which the bamboo shavings and 0.75% active carbon composited has the best adsorption efficiency in the bamboo particleboard which the bamboo particle were composited of different adsorption , its purification value was 1.53 mg/m2.h.(3)Through the desorption and re-adsorption test of the board which surface particles and adsorption material as bamboo charcoal powder, active carbon, bamboo charcoal powder/ active carbon composited can have a result as follows: the content of re-release of the formaldehyde just a little, and continuously decreased over time; When the formaldehyde concentration in air is high, the board will automatically adsorb the formaldehyde in air. Therefore, when this board was used as the furniture back plate and so on can be used as an indoor cleaning material.(4) The wood particleboard which adding absorbent material as bamboo charcoal powder,active carbon,bamboo charcoal powder/active carbon and the bamboo particleboard which adding absorbent material has a worse sound absorption properties compared with the blank sheet, but for wood particleboard, the board which the core shavings and 0.4% bamboo charcoal powder/active charcoal composited has the best acoustic performance, and its sound absorption coefficient was 0.15. In terms of bamboo particleboard, the board which the bamboo shavings and 2% bamboo charcoal powder composited has the best acoustic performance, the board of the absorption coefficient was more than the blank sheet when 1200HZ, However, when the frequency was 2000HZ , there was a similar sound absorption coefficient as the blank sheets, which the value was 0.15.
