Precision plastic forming is one of the latest trends of modern mechanicalmanufacturing technology. This technology can make shape,size and quality of thework piece close to the production furthest. Die and equipment constitute the toolsystem of precision plastic forming and coupling stiffness of the tool system is thecritical factor to the precision of the product.Taking 100MN Numerical control Isothermal Forging Hydraulic Press as theresearch object, this thesis establish a hydraulic press machine framework for finiteelement structural analysis model. the preload according to the established order, howto determine the root of each bar the size of the initial preload, finally makes the finalpreload has been finished, the beam is not inclined to reverse, only the verticaldownward displacement. For the detailed study of this issue and identified the rule ofdiminishing preload. Hydraulic press machine and various components with thepython language to establish parametric model, based on the principle of orthogonalvariable parameters submitted to the abaqus to do modal analysis to extract naturalfrequencies. According to the orthogonal experimental data and extraction of thenatural frequency of the data, using matlab to do regression analysis, to find theparameters of the higher sensitivity, using python language to establish the parametersof model and the finite element to analysis parameters of the higher sensitivity,analysis and comparison higher sensitivity parameters and other parameters on thestiffness of machine tools and come to the conclusion of high sensitivity of theparameters on the stiffness of the greatest impact forging machine, which offer a gistof forging machine design, analysis, provide a reliable basis for the performance oflarge and complex precision molding equipment, precise analysis and design methodof a reference.
