Compact spinning is a new spinning technology which develops the ringing spinning technology.An important component of compact spinning system which imbibe wind engender negative-press,is wildly used in the world. At present , the demostic factories often use three-rollers compact spinning technology with lattice apron to improve traditional compact spinning of ring spinning frame,and have achived good economic effect.Four-rollers compact spinning technology with lattice apron is shortly used in the demostic factories, but,to a certain extent,it has advantage in transmission ,so it's significance to study four-rollers compact spinning technology with lattice apron.This article use the theory of fluid mechanics to analyze the process of gathering strand of fiber , and point out the aspects of affect flow field in condensed area. and then by the research of flow field in condensed area to fulfill the tests of it.In this paper, the function and performance requirements of lattice apron are recommended.Used the differt types lattice apron to spin different linear density yarns,and analyze yarn's performance,consider eyelet quantity of lattice apron have the large influence to the performance of yarn.The result shows that ,larger mesh size is suitable to spin smaller linear density yarn,small mesh size is suitable to spin larger linear density yarn. Middle linear density yarn is much suitable to lattice with different mesh size.By modifying the height of supporting pedestal to make the angleαchange between center line of special pipe and the line from front roller center to special pipe center. Whenαis equal to 40°,45°,50°,and make the other parameters unchange , six kinds of yarn with different fineness was spun.The result shows that ,when the angle is 50°, it is favourable to spin smaller linear density yarn and middle linear density yarn, when the angle is 45°, it is favourable to spin larger linear density yarn.Effect of air inlet dip angle on yarn quality were discussed in this paper. The result shows that ,when the angle is 5°,it is suitable to spin smaller linear density yarn; when the angle is 9°, it is suitable to spin larger linear density yarn; when the angle is 7°, it is much suitable to all kinds linear density yarn, especially suitable to middle linear density yarn.Through orthogonal test four key processing that effected four roller compact spinning combed cotton yarn quality i.e. yarn twist, front rubber-covered roll pressure, mesh of lattice circle and suction negative pressure were optimized and designed to improve the yarn quality. And compares the two different variations of compact spinning installations'features . This article analyzes the different variations of compact spinning The result shows that,When spin middle linear density yarn and larger linear density yarn, four-rollers compact spinning with lattice apron yarn are as good as three-rollers compact spinning with lattice apron yarn, and even better than that; but when spin small linear density yarn , four-rollers compact spinning is worse than the three-rollers form.
