Chlorinated Polypropylene(CPP) was one of the most important modified productions of Polypropylene. A large number of carbon tetrachloride should be used as solvent in the traditional CPP preparation process. It will lead to serious environmental pollution. In recent years, it began to research the aqueous phase process of CPP, of which productions generally got a poor solubility, there was still a distance away from industrialization. Based the aqueous phase prepared CPP, searched for the root of the solubility in this paper. And strived to parameters of good solubility productions in the process. It had a major significance in aqueous phase extending.This thesis focuses on the fundamental solvable parameters of the aqueous CPP, of which root factors were the regularity and crystallinity of the product structure. In the process study, the technological problems were firstly solved after the melt index of raw materials, raw material particle size, the product chlorine content. By orthogonal analysis, the corresponding reaction conditions were:raw materials melt index 30g/10min, raw material particle size:50um,38% chlorine content. The production with solubility reached 85% of the standard requirements could be obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for further research and industrial production.
