Superfine fiber is a kind of differential fiber. It is a high-tech textile with high quality,. With the increasing demand of material life, superfine fibers are more and more popular in the market. However, the development of superfine fibers is so late in China. Not only the equipment, but the parameter design of the domestic production line got large deviation. Therefore, in order to improve the development of superfine fiber, superfine fiber system needs to be studied, and parameters of the production line can be evaluated and optimized. In order to solve the above problems, the research work of the thesis includes:First, by studing domestic and international, this paper determine the direction of the research projects and research issues, and give some constructive ideas for the issues.Second, the research start with the spinning production line. The spinning process has been divided into four modules which are called polyester, melt,spinning, drawing. Each module is analysed carefully to identify the parameters and relationship among them. The process of spinning is simulated and the intelligent algorithm-model is built, on the basis of traditional spinning model and intelligent algorithms.But the traditional intelligence methods is defective in accuracy and convergence rate. Immune genetic methods is used to solve the problem. This paperanalysed the simulation results of the immune genetic methods,and found out that the new system gets the optimal value more quickly and has smaller deviation.In order to simulate the process much more directly,this paper C# to develope superfine fiber system software. The software with real-time monitoring can help with the design of the production line parameter and management of production lines friendly. This paper use original data to simulate spinning process with the software. And the results meet the requests of the real spinning process. Finally, the work of this dissertation is summarized and the prospective of future research is discussed on theory and application.
