This paper presents several technologies of flue gas desulfurization,double oxidation system of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,and the mechanism of two kinds of desulfurization technologies.In this paper, we study the factors that affect the dissociative and immobilized growth of acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, the capacity and mechanism of oxidizing Fe2+ with acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, and some factors that affect the desulphurization effect, such as gas concentration, gas flow rate, spraying rate, etc. As a result, the acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans growth cycle is greatly shortened after activating and purifying, and the acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans can grow stably within 44 hours.Through the further study of the culture conditions,biofilm carrier,we got a more available process condition.In this work, the optimum condition included: temperature is 28℃, pH value is 2.0, rotational speed is 110r/min when inoculation quantity is 10% and liquid volume is 100mL in 250 ML flask. The study show that ceramsite can be used as acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans biofilm carrier,because it is non-toxic for the growth of acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,the physical properties of it is stable, and it has large special surface area so that can be adhered easily by bacteria. In this experiment, the best desulfurization efficiency will be achieved by controlling the SO2 concentration(less than 1000 mg/m3), the air inflow( 1.0 m3 / h), and the circulation flow rate( between 40 and 50L/h).The precipitate produced by operation is jarosite. Through the study we got the optimum condition to achieve the higher oxygenation efficiency of Fe2+, at the same time, minimize production of jarosite. When experimental temperature is 35℃, pH is 1.6-1.7,the Fe2+ oxidation rate is up to 0.181- 0.194 g/L, and the amount of jarosite is down to 0.0125-0.0209 g/L. Through, follow the above conditions contrast experiments of NH4+ we got the optimal concentration to minimize precipitation amount while maintaining the relatively highest oxidative activity of strains.
