Porphyrin is a large ring conjugate structure of organic compounds,with aromatic, can provide theπ-πtransition and the charge transfer, which constitute the basic conditions of photoconductivity. Central nitrogen atom with metal atoms form a metalloporphyrin derivative. Porphyrin compounds and metal complexes have strong response spectrum in the visible region, with good light and heat stability, and have many unique physical and chemical properties. In recent years, people use porphyrin unique electronic structure and optical properties have made many important advances,such as the design and synthesis of photoelectric functional materials , photoelectric device for the development and the development of photosensitizers;And porphyrin compounds in polymer materials , chemical catalysis, electroluminescent materials and molecular targeted drugs have a wide application in all aspects of the different field and become a very active area of research at home and abroad. Currently researchers around the world from different perspective synthesis various kinds and diverse nature of the porphyrin compounds and carry on in-depth study.This paper mainly include the following three parts:ChapterⅠ: Briefly introduce the recent research status of porphyrin compounds, including: (1) Definition, properties, synthesis methods, the separation methods and applications of porphyrin and metallic porphyrin compounds. (2) Research backg -round and mian content.Chapter II: The main research is that sulfonic acid derivatives was synthesized by sulfonation reaction from tetraphenyl porphyrin and N-confused porphyrin and the corresponding methods of separation and purification methods, And on the sulfonation reaction conditions were discussed to find the appropriate reaction conditions, optimized porphyrin acid derivatives purification method. The product was characterized by IR, UV-visible spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, and studied the fluorescence properties.Chapter III: The main research is that synthesis of 5,10,15,20-[4-(2,3,4,5- tetrazole) phenyl] zinc porphyrin, and the product was characterized by IR, UV-visible spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, and studied the fluorescence properties.
