In order to obtain more excellent oxidation resistance functional composite membrane, a new group with a sulfochloride-based functional monomer was used to synthesize composite membrane which enhanced the antioxidant performance of membrane, and the membrane materials such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyethersulfone were modified to improve their performance. Firstly, a new functional monomer 5-chloro-sulfonyl isophthalic chloride (CSIC) was prepared. The chemical structure of the monomer was proved by infrared spectroscopy(IR) while the melt point and purity were determined by melting point apparatus and liquid chromatograph. The experimental influencing factors including reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of reactant were studied to determine the optimum technical condition of monomer preparation.Secondly,the polysulfonamide reverse osmosis membrane and polyethylene piperazine sulfonamide nanofiltration membrane were prepared by interfacial polymerization. The surface composition and the structure of membrane were characterized by IR, energy disperse spectroscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. The rejection,water flux and antioxidant performance of the membrane were also studied. The results showed that the water flux of CSIC membrane was much higher than TMC/PIP membrane, the chlorine-resistant of CSIC membrane was much better.Finally, the polyvinyl furfural which was a new nanofiltration membrane and sulfonated polyethersulfone nanofiltration membrane were prepared using coating method. The surface composition and structure of the membrane was proved by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and scanning electronic microscopy. Atomic force microscopy displayed that the surfaces of the membrane appeared the apparent structure of peaks and valleys. Dynamic active chlorine was used to test the chlorine tolerance of membranes.The result showed that both PVAFu nanofiltration membrane and SPES nanofiltration membrane were chlorine-resistant. For soaking in the sodium hypochlorite solution for 10000ppm ? h, the rejection of the PVAFu nanofiltration membrane remained unchange while the the rejection of SPES nanofiltration membrane declined just a little.
