Spin flash dryer, which combines the technologies of both the flash dryer and the fluidized bed, is a new ideal type of drying equipment emerged in recent years. It can be probably used in drying bulk materials and paste-like materials. Based on formal research, this paper takes brewex grains as material, aiming at using this technology in industry. It studies not only the drying curve of brewex grains but also, its nutrition compositions. By orthogonal experiments, the emphatic order of the factors which effect on the final moisture content of brewex grains are obtained, and the curves of each factor effect on the final moisture content of brewex grains are obtained too. Through analyzing the grand total results of all the factors variation in the process of drying brewex grains in the spin flash dryer, the best technology parameters are obtained. And the relationship about connective heat transfer coefficient are obtained by the use of the least square method and SAS program. Having great environmental protection significance and economic benefits, the study of this paper provides the technique reference about drying brewex grains in industry.
