With suiphoaluminate cement(SAC) replacing ordinary Portland cement (OPC) or high梐lumina cement (IIAC) the macro梔efect free(MDF) composite was made and the effect of various factors on fiexural strength were studied The mechanism of the composite was studied also. The result indicated that, the poiy vinyl aicohol(PVA) and suiphoaluminate cement(SAC) were the best match. The mechanical properties of this composite system were better than that of polymer桹PC system and similar to that of polynier桯AC system, but the fiexural strength in the wetting condition was better than that of polymer桯AC system. With this kind of composite the antistatic electricity floors and imitating wood could be made.
