As foundation of the national economy and the development of society, water is one of prop conditions.China is not only short of water, but also, water resources is distributed in serious inequality. Today, Water resources is seriously extravagant, is re-used at a lower level. And the?have been one of crux matter. Today, there are some questions in our country industrial water such as serious extravagant, low repeated utilization ratio, large water consumption per unit, and discharge capacity of pollution, These have been become one of the key questions which are restricting the development of our country industry on the basis of Mr Wang, Y.P & Mr.R.Smith put forward the technology of water-pinch. From the angle of system, water-pinch technology analysis the utilization question of water in total process and make unilization capacity of fresh water and discharge capacity of pollution minimum by best matching of process. Because of the complex property and Multiple-limited property in water-using network for multiple-component, water-pimle technology for multiple-component is notonsummate at present. Enriching and consummating water-pinch technology for multiple-contaminats, and then applying this to practice, construce The major content of the dissertation. 1. Some basic conceptions in water-pinch technology wid be definite, such as maximum inlet and outlet concentrations of contaiminat. Maximun inlet and outlet concentrations of contaiminant is the basic which limiting water flaids replace the process fluids. Defining maximun inlet and outlet concentrations of contaminant in quantity have. A reference process and a reference contaminant are the prerequisite of concentration shifts for multiple-contaminant. 2. There are essential distinction between single-component and multiple-component in the means of extracting multiple-component targeting.the concentration-composite curve after concentration shifts can provide only interval boundary and limited condition. The multiple limited property in re using formultiple component is naturally specific property. And defining the multiple limited property make the applyingrange of water-pinch technology for multiple-componentmore wider. The conservation of mass and limitedconcentration is the key which extract minimum fresh waterflower.lt is also obvious distinction betweensingle-component and multiple-component that the water on pinch may be re-used to the water below pinch. Andthis is decided by limiled diversity and indefiniteness for multiple-component. 3. Regeneration reuse is a new problemin water pinch technology for multiple-component.But this is an important significance although regeneration reuse make water pinch technology for multiple-contaminants more complexer regeneration reuse make it application rangewider andapplicationvalue larger. 4 Thecheck targets for total process are varied, and every targets reflects the situation of waterusing for itself point.lf we overad analyse the totalprocess water-using,we must consider maney targets.if we build up the syntheticmodel which the target is total cost, we can get more benefit in wter-using system. Although I do my best to enrich and consummating water-pinch technology for rnultiple-contarninants.sorne ideas is well-considered. I hope that experts and scholars can provide proposal.
