Interlayer physics model is founded by using electromagnetic shielding theory presented by S.A.Schelkunoff. The validity of interlayer physics model is confirmed from academic point of view, by way of checking computations of ataolin?multilayer shielding theory. Two kinds of methods of manufacturing shielding materials are put forward: one is tinsel-type-laminated shielding composites, the other is dope-type-laminated shielding composites. It is confirmed that the SE of these two kinds of laminated shielding composites conform to the result of theoretical calculation of interlayer structure physics model design, by testing verification from dot-frequency SE testing equipment and the authority department of National Security Ministry. In other words, the SE decibel of interlayer model is higher than that of double model, and the SE increases with the interlayer thickness or with the planewave frequency. The new designing thinking of interlayer structure shielding composites has practical application value for conductive shielding materials. Based on this work, interlayer shielding composite coating gains more SE than 52dB between 3OMHz-I000MHz planewave. It reaches the standards of GJB2604-96 and Tempest NSA 73-2A. Additionally, this thesis makes significative work on computer assistant design of materials and computer simulation.
