Microstructure of Materials has directly effect on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and electromagnetic scattering performance.With the development of finite element method and computation technique, and the people can make use of finite element method to simulate microstructure in order to design of performance guide and forecast properties for microstructure. Consequently, on the base of visualized simulation for microstructure, we have choosed large-scale and commonly software ANSYS to simulate and analyse electromagnetic field effect for microstructure of materials.We designed microstructure and simulated electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of carbon-based electromagnetic shielding composite material.We researched the effect of distributed method of micropieces for composites,and analysed the result of simulation. Conclusions had reference value for production of composites.We set up model to simulate electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of carbon fiber composite, and analysed rationality of the model to some extent. We calculate electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and analogy analysis for series of structure in micro-scale,and found representative volume element(RVE) for numerical calculation of fiber composites, and established base for macro-micro coupled in future.Cooperation with doctor Li jun-chen and master Zhang fu in'JHX'studying team,we designed microstructure and simulated electromagnetic scattering performance for ferrite material.We set up finite element micro model for radar absorbing materials(RAM) by ABAQUS software,and implemented model introduction from ABAQUS software to ANSYS software by program of Python script language. We simulated microstructure in ANSYS software.In computer experiment,We analysed rationality of the model in detail,and implemented interfacial continuity with ABAQUS element and ANSYS element by technology of split type element.We calculated reflection performance of target for electromagnetic wave by an new method, that is Poynting vector method.We wrote a complete program for establishment model,calculation,output result by ANSYS parameter design language(APDL).User may specify any reflection direction by secondary development interface of the program,and computer calculated the result automatically and exported reflectivity at the reflection direction. Finally,this study had numerical calculation for radar absorbing materials (RAM), radar absorbing structure(RAS) and radar cross section(RCS). According to the result of computer experiment and theoretical solution,we found accuracy different softwares for various problems, and specifed work direction in future.
