Process defects such as hair lines,bubble,hidden bubble and so on must be avoided for glass lined equipment during raising temperature,because these defects sharply affect properties of glass lined equipment .These process defects are advoided effectively by controlling temperature during raising temperature. In this paper,heat transfer in electric furnace is analyzed for variant types of glass lined equipment during raising temreture .mathematical model is set forth and is solved by numerical method.Temperature field of electric furnace and glass lined equipment is worked out by computer simulation during raising tempreture.Enamel process curves are gained by controlling every temperature space in electric furnace.
