PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NANO-AJOOH BY SQL-GEL AND HYDROTHERMAl TREATMENT In this paper, at first, the properties and application of nano-particles were reviewed. An optimum technology to manufacture nano-scale A100H by the method of sol-gel and hydro-thermal treatment was explored .In order to explore the optimum technology of preparing nano-scale A100H, preparation of sol-gel was analyzed with micro-electrophoresis apparatus (JS94). And the phase transformation from A1(OH)3 to A100H was studied by hydro-thermal treatment with X-ray. The optimum technology was as follow: PH3.5,concentration of colloid is 0.4mol/l, collosal reaction needs 4h at 80 0C, hydro-thermal treatment is above 5h at 150 0C. Second, the influence of different dispersing agent to scale were studied by TEM. The phase transformation and structure of A100H with heating was studied by JR X-ray. The surface area of different samples was measured by the method of BET. The dispersion behavior of A100H was explored by the spectrophotometric method and fluorescence spectrophotometer. At last, the reasons of all these phenomena occurring and the key of manipulating agglomerates were discussed.
