In this paper, several coloring pigments were synthesized and the sheet metal(Cu and Al) powders were coated by these pigments with the technology of super powder preparing and particle compositing. The coated composite particles were prepared by these, and the metallic luster of the metal powders were defiladed. The mechanism and the processing conditions of composite particles were researched.The Cu/CuPc composite particle was prepared with the method of chemical liquid deposition and the affect of different conditions were researched. The results show that slowfooted dilution and an amount of surfactants can make the sheet copper powder be coated completely. With Urea as precipitator, the sheet aluminum powders were coated by a layer of NijCC3OH)2 by homogeneous precipitation method. Then the composite particles were calcined in muffle at the temperature of 400 ℃ for 2 hours to prepare the composite particles of Al/NiO. Some others composite particles that sheet aluminum powders were coated by sulphide were prepared by method of homogeneous precipitation using thiacetamide as precipitator. And the affects to the composite particle of different conditions were researched.SEM, FTIR, XRD, Granularity Analysis and other analytical methods were used to characterize the sample of composite particles. The test results show that the composite particles were coated completely and the metallic luster of the metal powder were defiladed absolutely.With sheet metal powder as core particle, coated composite particles were prepared. And by these, the shortage of metal powders as low emmisivity particles that can't meet the multichannel camouflage effectively were overcome and new field of preparation of composite pigment particles of multichannel camouflage coating was pioneered.
