Study On Degreasing Technology Of Larch Board Timber

The modified treatment of larch wood is a difficult problem in the study range of wood protection, moreover, in which the degreasing of larch wood is foreland. In the thesis main purpose is studying the degrease techniques, sifting the degrease medicaments and measuring the physics and mechanics properties of the treated wood.First of all the infiltration of larch wood is studied by two ways. One is under the condition of heating~, common temperature and pressure; the other is under the condition of heating , vacuum and pressure. According to the infiltrating depth of coloring agent the techniques, which is vacuumed to O.OlMpa for three hours first and heated to 75CC, can be decided.By the ways of infrared ray lamp and benzene梕thanol degrease the larch wood was treated with the different medicaments and then the resin area and the resin rate of the treated wood were measured. Despite of the unheated or heated the values of the two parameters trend to decrease comparing with the untreated wood. With the ways of common water degrease and hot water degrease it can be found that the resin can be degrease and the infiltration of treated wood is good comparing the untreated wood with the treated wood.By measuring the mechanics properties of the treated wood and the untreated wood with the different degrease medicaments and different degrease techniques, the result is that, MEE and ASE decrease to some degree, but there is no influence on the following properties: the color~ the polisV adhesion strength and the heat?resistance of the lacquer on the surface of the treated wood. The crushing strength along the grain and the gluing strength of the wood treated with some kinds of degrease medicaments will decrease.
