The optimal ECL signal of luminol occurred in the alkali medium (pH 12.5) and excited by the right orthogon pulse with the amplitude of l.3V (vs. Ag/AgC1) on the ft electrode. In the range froxi~ l~OX 1o~ tp 1.OX 1O~?mol#L, the humimms intensities of BCL are linear correlation to the concentration of luminol. The affection of KCI on the ECL of luminol was also studied. Furthermore, the sensitization of luminol抯 ECL fr酎iH202 in phosph?鑯buffer (PI16.86) was occured in this work for the first time. It suggests strongly that this ECL system was suitable for the study of enzymatic catalysis reaction.
