Research On The Isoindo Series Advanced Organic Pigment

Abstract The Isoindo series advanced organic pigment is a high performance organic pigment. It include Isoindoline-Based Pigment and isoindolinone-Based pigment. As Europe exhibit application of the Diarylide pigment in some aspect , the Isoindo pigment has the more and more application value with its brightness, lightness and high colouring ability, The isoindo pigment has received increasedly considerable attention because of its application of photoelectric material and orgnic electroluminescent color material.Three type isoindoline-based pigment and two type isoindolinone-based pigment were prepared in this paer induding isoidine yellow 139, isoindine red, isoindine brown and isoindolinone yullow 109, isoindolinone yellow 110. All of them were identified by IR photoacoustic, UV-Visible spectrum, and Elemental analyses. Isoindoline red and brown were new organic pigment. They enlarge the colour scale of isodoline prgment. We use new technology method prepare isoindolinone organic pigment is very important to stable produce in factory.The isodoline series advance organic pigment ware used many pigmentation process. First using size hinder agent pigmentation of isodoline pigment and using complex surface compound pigmentation of isodoline pigment with more lightness and transparency.The sample detected and used by ZhuHai Ruilong printink Limited corporation, it has good use value.
