At present, high speed, high efficiency and high capability have become the most important developing trend of modern imprinter machine. Practice indicates that when imprinter runs with high speed the libration of imprinter will affect printing quality, so we must avoid the instability of imprinter. It is the most important problem that improving the basic structure of imprinter, advancing the inhere frequency of imprinter and reforming the dynamic performance of equipment.This dissertation is based on finite element method theory and structural finite element dynamical analysis, investigates the basic structure of BEIREN 300 imprinter, and uses ANSYS finite element analyzing software exploitured by American ANSYS company to build finite element model of imprinter, then carries through numerical simulating analysis by Lanczos mode analyzing method, gets the former ten inhere frequencies and modes. According to the analyzing result we bring forward structural and restricting suggestions to the whole basic imprinter. Measures are taken and the frame is modified by local reinforcement. The new structure improves the modes and the first natural frequency is increased by 8.00%, the second natural frequency is increased by 18.9%. The dynamic performance of BEIREN 300 imprinter is improved greatly and some valuable conclusions are drawn.
