As a new type of composite material, particle reinforced composite materials, which has good mechanical properties and secondary machining, have been widely used in mechanical, biological, aerospace, military, motor and other important industrial areas. With the development and progress of science and technology,lots of research and numerical simulation have been carry on in home and aboard.because of the reinforcements, the overall mechanical properties have been significantly improved. at the same time, fracture properties and Fatigue characteristics lower.this paper,based on the VCFEM,lead in the traditional FEM to research particle reinforced composite materials, tend to get a better result in simulating the mechanical property. The main content of this paper include:(1)According to the boundary continuity, mix up the voronic cell and the original four node isoparametric element.divided the gridding of the particle reinforced composite materials, erite the gridding chosen and generating program. using in material with any impurity, arbitrary distribution,this method can get clear the relationship between the size, shape, distribution of the reinforcements and mechanical property.(2)Imrove the VCFEM method, lead in element stiffness matrix of the original four node isoparametric element, stress and strain of solving program and voronoi cell set program group on the the overall stiffness. Modified the drawing program to diplay the Stress strain diagram when two kind of element working on the same artifacts,Modified the original data storage equation, to simplify the procedure, finally,using the mixed method, get the crack propagation characters of the particle reinforced composite materials(3)Analysis mechanical properties of materials while the components in different particle distribution, different particle size and different inclusion quantity,to testing the mixed calculation program.Also by conventional finite element software is verified...
