Study On The Reliability Digital Simulation Technology Of Rod Pumping System

This paper utilized reliability digital simulation technology to solve the question that analysis rod pumping system's reliability index and simulate it's availability. Because it is a bulkiness and complicated system and has different failure types and fault modes, it is difficult to resolve this question by traditional method. Through reliability analysis and availability simulation of rod pumping device, we can know long-term employ capability of the device, in order to reduce fault frequency, improve reliability, cut cost, arrange maintain and instead in reason and gain better use value and economic benefit.First, defined that the rod pumping system was included of four portions in line, viz. beam pumping unit, sucker rods, rod pumping and tubing, and collected a lot of reliability data, according to the need of study question and the field investigation for lifetime, maintain time, maintain type of rod pumping devices in the sixth plant in daqing, set up reliability database. After eliminating abnormal data, estimating parameters and Goodness-of-fit test, lifetime and maintain time statistical model was set up.This paper utilized the theory of reliability digital simulation and Monte Carlo method, set up simulation model for rod pumping system, calculated the system reliability index, simulated it's availability, at last found out the best preventive maintenance period. This provided foundation for field examination, reparation and management, while can provide indispensable data for designer, fabricator and operator, so that they can ,improve the rod pumping system through making use of the data.Make use of Visual Basic6.0 to program the software of reliability digital simulation about rod pump system, make the problem about reliability analysis to change simple and easy.
