It has been already acknowledged that the agricultural facility is an important role of in agricultural modernization. The use of mould shelter is a new technical method more and more extensive in greenhouse. The light conversion farm film is an agricultural film translates the other light to that need by the crop. This study was rising in 1990s in the world.In this article, the oxidize rare earths, salicylic acid and maleic anhydride etc. are used as raw materials to prepare several new-type light transform agent. The RF-5301PC fluorescence photometers is used as to divide the light count of fluorescence of the relatively pure rare earth and combined. The fluorescence of the pure rare earth has been compare with the mixing rare earth. The factors which affect intensity of the fluorescence, such as the PH value and the concentration etc., have been studied.With the new-type light transform agent, the corresponding light transform film of rare earth has been prepared. The aging of the fluorescence of the film has been test with the aging case. With the CRT fluorescence photometers, the fluorescence decay of light transform filmof rare earth has been measured.The results showed that: 1 .It is low costs the light transforms agent for certain fluorescence intensity with mix rare earth. 2.The light transform film of rare earth illumination resistance is higher than general fluorescence colored film. 3.It is not good method that increases light transform agent of rare earth to raise the efficiency fluorescence, but decays the fluorescence seriously at initial stage.
