Along with the fast and fierce development, biodesulfurization technique takes off important means in the solving the problem of the environment pollution in the new century. Thiobadllus ferrooxidans oxidize Fe2+to Fe3+ and get energy during the course, making use of CO2 etc. to synthesize constitute material of itself. This characteristic of Thiobadllus ferrooxidans is important in biodesulfurization. In this assignment, we studied parts of removing H2S in acidic industrial gas using Thiobadllus ferrooxidans.This thesis perfected the method of cultivating Thiobadllus ferrooxidans, isolated the Thiobadllus ferrooxidans conserved in our laboratory to rejuvenation, immobilized the immobilization aptly, studied the kinetics of the oxidation of Fe2+ to Fe3+ by immobilized Thiobadllus ferrooxidans, constructed and analyzed the fixed bed reactor, and researched theabsorption of H2S preliminarily . Main contents as follows:1. Thiobadllus ferrooxidans conserved in our laboratory was isolated to rejuvenation , and the growth dynamics model was established. With dyeing observe, the thalli is G" and bacilli form;2. Perfected the immobilization technique of Thiobadllus ferrooxidans using H-2 carrier. The growth conditions before and after immobilization have no changes, pH is 2.0, temperature is 30 ℃. Immobilization thallus grow healthily and the bioactivity is steady;3. On the base of mechanical shaker cultivate and immobilization technique, the fixed bed bioreactor was constructed and the kinetics of oxidation of Fe2+ to Fe3+ was studied. The influence of the substrate and product on the reaction was researched and the parameters of the reaction kinetics was calculated. When the concentration of substrate is above 8.66 g/ L, there issubstrate inhibition phenomenon in the enzymatic reaction;4. The hole rate e of the fixed bed bioreactor is O.S.This reactor can be used for the further development of industry production of which the half life period of the immobilization cells is 124 days.
