The Plant hormones are one type of Organics Produced in Certain part of Plants,Which Can transfer the other part,and can induce physiology reaction under low concentrations. The plant growth regulators are a kind of Organics which are Simalar with plant hormones properties synthesized by artificial methods.By retrieving concerned Literatures, this article discussed comprehensively the biological activities of phenyl ureas,acyl ureas and tetrazoles. By bioisoster theory,fifteen new target compounds ( I ) were synthesized from aromatic fomic acids, acyl chlorides, acylamides and acyl isocyanates; Seven target compounds ( I ) in all had been never reported were Synthesized from phenols,aroxy acetic acids, acyl chlorides, acylamides and acyl isocyanates. The structure of the target compounds were characterized by IR, ^NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Further analysis and researches in physic ?chemical properties. Spectrum properties, reaction conditions and synthetic methods were performed. The structure of target compounds were Listed as follows :SeriesC I ) :N-aroyl-N'-(5-tetrazole)ureaSeriesC I ) ;N-aroxyacetyl-N'-C5-tetrazole)ureaBy the methods of cucumber cotyledon expansion, wheat spront and sheath,as well as cucumber cotyledon striking root,the plant growth-regulating activities of the title compounds were tested. The results indicated that many compounds exibited rather high activities on plant growth-regulating. The Compounds I c,,I K I i% I j., I.,,. Ic and la had a good activity on auxin, farthermore the activity of the compounds I iN I ; and I a on auxin exceeded the activity of (J-indolylacetic acid;The compounds I -,,,I m% I n- la had a good activity on cytokinin,and the activity of the compound In exceeded the activity of 6-furylmethyl purinejmany of the compounds had a excellent activity on growth of root,and the activity of the compounds I e% I h and I d was the best.
