The plant growth regulators are a kind of Organics which are Simalar with plant hormones properties synthesized by artificial methods.By retrieving concerned Literatures, this article discussed comprehensively the biological activities of phenyl ureas,acyl ureas and tetrazoles. By bioisoster theory,fifteen new target compounds ( I ) were synthesized from aromatic fomic acids, acyl chlorides, acylamides and acyl isocyanates; Seven target compounds ( I ) in all had been never reported were Synthesized from phenols,aroxy acetic acids, acyl chlorides, acylamides and acyl isocyanates. The structure of the target compounds were characterized by IR, ^NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Further analysis and researches in physic ?chemical properties. Spectrum properties, reaction conditions and synthetic methods were performed.
